Light Blubs normally priced at $7 to $13 available for $3 with $1 of that going to your congregation!

Interreligious Eco-Justice Network is teaming up with congregations to offer a compact florescent bulb fund raiser and sale. 

Because of support from the state’s utilities, IREJN is able to sell these bulbs ($7-$13 in a store) for $3 total, with a dollar of that going to the partner congregations! A variety of wattages are available. Compact fluorescent bulbs last for up to a decade, are very cool and save 75% energy over incandescent bulbs. 

Our model for the fundraiser is like Girl Scout cookies, with congregations collecting orders and distributing bulbs. IREJN (and our entrepreneurial partner, Techniart) will provide order forms and other support materials for the fund raiser.
